Rabadaba's new bar closing?
Over a month ago, a Ugandan tabloid, Redpepper reported that Luga-ragga artiste Rabadaba had opened up a bar in down town. The bar called Bada Bara is situated in Crane chambers on Kampala road in downtown Kampala city, Uganda. Barely two months into existence, the bar is already run down. When one enters the establishment, one would look in vain for the management of an establishment whose toilet stench graces your presence as you enter. It does not require knowledge of rocket science to understand why the bar has few revellers. Very poor management!
Recently Rabadaba was involved in an argument with Thaddeus Buyego in De Posh, a Kampala hang out. Tempers flared! Rabadaba pulled out a knife and stabbed Thaddeus sending him to the Intensive Care Unit of a Kampala hospital. Rabadaba was arrested but later released on bail. The bad publicity he got in recent weeks might be the reason people have shunned Bad Bara. Customers might be afraid of being stabbed by the dancehall artiste if they disapproved of his services! Temper Temper!
